Looking for a roommate for March 1st! It’s a private room in a 2 bed, 1 bath place, located at 1232 Harwood Street. Rent is $1400 and we would be splitting utilities. Located in the west end in a very walkable/transit friendly area, which is quiet and safe. A couple minutes walk away is the stop for the 23 bus which will take you straight to skytrain stations for the Expo and Canada line. Also close by is Davie street which has plenty of good restaurants, Independent grocery store, and more. Room can come unfurnished, or my roommate is willing to sell the double bed and standing desk. If you have some furniture, more room will be available in the living room as my roommate is clearing their stuff as they ready to leave. I am a female, in my 20s, working full time outside the house, and would prefer to live with someone similar - but exceptions will be made for the right fit. LGBT+ friendly! Looking for someone respectful and clean.

• I have a cat, so no other pets please. He is very friendly and mostly hangs out in my room.
• 1 parking spot available in the covered garage at no extra cost
• Laundry is located in the building and costs $1.50 per load
• Landlord requires a credit check and reference(s)
• Available for month to month lease, but someone willing to stay long term would be preferred
• No smoking, drugs, etc.

I’m in my late 20s and work full time in healthcare. I’m a home body who is pretty quiet. Usually reading or playing video games.
