💲Rent is $480/mo. One month’s rent is the security deposit. Utilities not included in the rent; they come out to between $100 and $120 monthly.
🏡The house is located an 8-minute walk from the University of Calgary, 5-minute walk from University LRT station, and 20-minute commute to downtown. Perfect fit for a student or young professional.
🛋️ The room includes: night stand, dresser, desk and chair (TV can be bought). Shared bathroom (x2), kitchen and amenities including in-suite laundry.
About the roomies
We are looking to fill one of the rooms in our lovely 5 bedroom house. We are a group of young adults who are students and/or work full time. We love music, books and movies! Our house is pro-LGBTQ+ and 420 friendly. Cheers!
