The Roommate I’m Looking For:

• Single occupancy only
• Woman in a similar stage of life (mid-20s to mid-30s)
• Non-smoking (strata rules)
• No pets, but must be comfortable living with one dog
• Respectful, considerate, and communicative

I’m not the landlord, but I live here and am helping facilitate the search. I’m in my late twenties, work full-time (9–5), and enjoy social activities. I occasionally host small get-togethers with friends and would love to live with someone who is either comfortable with that or would like to join in. While it’s not required, I believe living with a roommate is more enjoyable when we can also be friendly and get along well. I have a medium sized dog who is very friendly, and loves getting pets from roomies.
