4 bedroom home on the outskirts of Halifax city, a 12 minute drive from Spryfield, available Feb 15. You must be employed, and have your own vehicle, as there is no bus service. The available furnished bedroom (bed, couch, dresser) is on the lower walk-out level, and it has its own private entry, as well as its own 3-piece bathroom. Our washer and dryer are also on the lower level, and can be used, but we must have ready access to the laundry as well as our storage room. Additionally, our housemate, if desired, could have access to the lower level, unused kitchen and a spare room, which can be used as an office/tv/living room. The unfurnished spare room has been used successfully as a home office in the past, and so this house-share would appeal to someone who would like to live, and perhaps work from home, in the quiet of a rural setting, while still being less than a 15 minute drive from the shops, services, and transit of Spryfield, or 30 minute drive from the downtown.
We are a married, gay male, non-smoking couple and prefer someone who is also non-smoking, as no form of smoking, vaping, etc is allowed in the house.
