Clean quiet room available for march 1.2026.. close to all amenities in walking distance 18 min from downtown and 3 minutes to deerfoot and 64th Ave in the ne. There is my mother inlaw upstairs and q other tenant. I live down stairs with my 17yrs old and a friend very kind people.
