About the room
The room is mostly unfurnished, there’s a chest drawers in the closet and space to hang clothes. Optional queen size bed available.
Private back door entrance on the main level of a house. There’s a yard, a deck, on-site washer and dryer. No dishwasher unfortunately. Lots of space in the basement for storage too. The house has two other units upstairs, great quiet neighbours.
Located two blocks from the St. Boniface University, not far from the hospital, Safeway, No Frills. Would be ideal for a student or hospital staff.
About the roomies
My name is Merik, I’m a 31 year old non-binary massage therapist. I have two cats who are very sweet once they get to know you. Unfortunately they don’t get on with other animals.
I’ve lived in the unit for four years and don’t plan on leaving anytime soon. I travel a fair amount, I’m learning the cello (no midnight concerts, don’t worry!), and I’m generally pretty peaceful. 420 friendly. I don’t drink or party, and would prefer someone similar.
