First and last required with references for this 6 month term. Always an option to renew or extend for the right person and the room is single occupancy. Background check cost will be covered by myself.

60 year old female and 26 year old male both non-drinkers. One other male in his 20’s coming in March 1st. Cleanliness and recycling is encouraged. The woman enjoys gardening and trying fo improve the place. The male you hardly know he is there.
