We are two friends looking for a third person to take on the third room in our 3-bedroom house in Chinatown starting April 1st.

We (Emily & Ela) are both fairly social and are always happy to have a chat, but also appreciate our own space as well. Emily likes to go to yoga, make art, and spend time with friends.

Ela enjoys gardening, arts and crafts, dancing and going for walks.

The home includes: -Laundry on site -Dishwasher -2 bathrooms -Shared kitchen and living spaces -Spacious backyard -Air conditioning

Location perks: -Walking distance to the train station -Close to grocery stores and local shops -No on-site parking, but an offsite rental spot is available nearby Details: $900/month + hydro & Wi-Fi 1-year lease
