We created a safe space for 4 gentlemen to share our totally renewed basement. Each roomer has his own furnished bedroom and they share 2 bathrooms, the fully equipped kitchen and laundry. All utilities included. Optional parking $100/month. Latinos preferred. No smoking, no pets, no overnight visits.

We are a Latino family living on the top of the house. Our roomers are all Latinos and they get along great, they have been living here for over a year. They take care of their own cleaning and take turns with the laundry on weekends.
