Fully furnished room is available for sublet in a 3 bed 1.5 bath house on Robie Street with option to renew! Rent includes all amenities, washer and dryer, parking in a garage for a small car, lawn care and snow removal, and a large fenced in backyard with a shed. All utilities are an extra cost and are split among other roommates. Furniture included is a king size bed and mattress, 2 nightstands, desk with chair, bookshelf, small table, and a mirror. The rest of the house is also fully furnished. Rent was negotiated with the landlords to not increase for the next 2 years of occupancy due to the construction site next door (which hasn’t been as noisy as expected). It is a very beautiful house and I’m very sad to be leaving!

I’m moving out as I’m beginning to work full time in my career and can afford to live in a 1 bedroom apartment. Roommates are two females, ages 22 and 23, both have been friends for years. One is in Dal Law and the other works full time. They love spending time together and enjoy movie nights! Both are non-smokers and don’t have any pets.
