Hello everyone.

I have two large fully furnished rooms with private bathrooms and a furnished family room available immediately in my large, modern brand new home. The larger room in the basement (first few pictures) is $1050, and the smaller room (last few pictures with walk-in closet) is $880.

• The location is Abbott’s Run, a new development in Stittsville off Terry Fox or Hazledean. • Parking is available on the street and driveway. • The bus stop is fifty metres away. • The room is for one person. • A short two-minute drive to Walmart, Dollarama, Farm Boy, LCBO, drug stores, banks, grocery stores, restaurants, and numerous other retail stores. • I rent month to month without a lease. • Last month’s rent secures the room and first month’s rent is due upon move in date.

I own and live in this large, brand new, three story (+ basement) home. However, I am rarely home. Over the past twelve years, I have rented rooms in multiple properties to over thirty different people.

I am very easy going and friendly, which allows me to successfully rent and live with all types of people.
