Utilities are $150 per month extra and include heat, hot water, electricity, and internet. Roomies are responsible to keep up to date equally on the house shared chore schedule. This includes common area cleaning/yard maintenance, etc.
Absolutely no illegal street drugs of any kind permitted on the property.
The particular room shown features a private bathroom, and while the rest of the house is furnished the BEDROOM IS NOT FURNISHED. Add a second person for $100/mo extra.
The home is shared with other roomies that are mostly in their 20s/30s. The house has a total of six bedrooms; however, the downstairs suite is separate from upstairs. Both have their own living rooms, kitchens, and bathrooms. Laundry is shared on the main level.
