The house is a detached home in the south end of Cambridge. I’ve got two rooms available, and you can rent the other one at a discount and turn it into an office for yourself. You’ll have a full bathroom upstairs beside your room. Not an ensuite, but as close as it gets. The kitchen and living room are shared, and there’s an unfinished basement for storage or an office space. The garage is already being used, but it’s a 2-car wide driveway. Tons of space to park and live comfortably! The kitchen is pretty big, with an island that has seating for 4. You can entertain friends and family very easily here!

I am the only one living at this house! I am 24 years old, work a full time job remotely, and I run a sound and lighting business on the side. I’m quiet for the most part, very clean, and take great care of the house.
