Hi there I have a room available in a shared basement suite . Current roommate is moving out into a property with their partner.
Nice little basement suite near SAIT so great access to UofC / SAIT / Kensington with the red line at SAIT only 5 minute walk away.
Anyone welcome no restrictions on overnight guests just be respectful and joint cleaning . Must be okay to share with a husky , very sweet and can be good with other dogs but will need to be introduced first .
No smoking in the house but smoking permit outside in the yard .
$850 covers room and all utilities included high speed internet and cable box
About the roomies
33m working professional, I work in logistics. Monday and Friday I work from home in my room with my own office . On Thursdays it’s game night with some friends other that I enjoy hiking . Easy going and honestly no drama from me. Can also cook a great steak and bbq
