Streetcar transportation is available. Quiet environment. You can find new friends, especially as roommates. It’s easy to get to any location for work or commuting because I’ll pick you up and drop you off. 😉
I’m a very friendly person, I’m quiet and can understand the good and bad of others, I can adapt myself. I especially need a good friend so I want to share my room only for female. I have a car and I’m full time self- employer, So I can pickup and drop off her anytime, anywhere. The room is perfect for two pearson, Im paying full entire rent. Soo don’t have to worry about my roommate’s rent either. Maybe this will be a perfect deal for someone.
