Two rooms are offered in a cozy and quiet townhouse for one person. There will be only two people in the entire house. Both rooms are included in the price: one room can be used as a bedroom, and the second as an office, workspace, or storage.

Terms: • For one responsible person only, without bad habits or pets, who values peace and order. • Location: Bathurst & Steeles, North York. • Price: $1,350 per month + 50% of utility costs.

I am a quiet and introverted person with no bad habits, who values discipline and a structured routine. I work and study, and usually go to bed after 11 p.m. I am looking for a like-minded roommate with a compatible personality.

There will be only 2 persons in the whole house, myself and you.
