The apartment is located in Sandy Hill, just steps from the University of Ottawa with a direct bus route right outside that goes straight to campus. It’s also in the heart of downtown, so you’re within walking distance of groceries, cafés, restaurants, and other essentials.

The unit itself is spacious and well laid out. The living room is large with plenty of room for a desk or additional furniture, and the kitchen has generous cupboard and storage space. The bedroom is a comfortable size with great closet space, and the overall layout makes it easy to have both shared and personal space.

The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful while still being central. Street parking is available.

I’m a student at the University of Ottawa currently studying business (previously in biochemistry). I enjoy reading, the arts, and video games — you’ll usually find me unwinding with a coloring book or playing Nintendo Switch. I’m social but value a calm and comfortable home environment.

I appreciate open communication and mutual respect in shared spaces. I think it’s important to be clear about expectations and collaborative if any issues come up, so everyone feels comfortable and at ease at home!
