I am looking for someone to take over my lease in the master bedroom of a two bedroom apartment, starting MARCH 1, 2026. It is located near Harbourfront area, close to the intersection of Queens Quay and Lower Jarvis. Must be female, and high preferably to be mid 20s to early 30s, per my roommate’s preference.

Rent: $1650 per month, included high speed wifi and gym membership for Unity Fitness next door. Utilities and renter insurance extra.

The room comes with an ensuite 4 piece washroom with built in glass cover for the bath tub, and an ample sized closet.

The room can fit a double bed and a desk. For me, I’ve been able to fit a daybed, a large L shaped desk, a sewing table, vanity table by the desk, a cabinet behind the bed (and still have enough room to walk to the cabinet and retrieve items), an IKEA dresser, all in the room. And has a closet to fit a lot of clothes.

This room has amazing panoramic view of the harbour and city views, and a large balcony. The living area also comes furnished with an island, L shaped sofa, TV and tv cabinet. I also have some remaining furnitures like desk, cabinets/ dressers and vanity table that are available for purchase if you want. As well the condo is very pet friendly and has a fenced dog park 1-2 min walk away.
