I’m looking for a LEASE TAKEOVER for my room starting March 1st for an INDEFINITE period. 📍9 min walk from Laurier, 28 min walk to UWaterloo, with lots of bus stops nearby.

This is NOT a sublet, it’s a lease transfer, therefore you will be dealing with the building in order to be approved. You will have to fill out an application and send in proof of income OR a guarantor form. The process is quite standart. You’ll also need 1st and last month’s rent.

This is a very nice room in a shared apartment with two other lovely girls. They are quiet and respectful, and cleanliness is a priority in our house.

If you want the room FURNISHED, we can negotiate an additional one-time payment for all or some furniture in my room, i.e. bed, mattress, desk, nightstand, dresser, etc, so that furniture basically becomes yours. So, if you’re missing some OR all furniture items, we can discuss. If you want it UNFURNISHED, we can also arrange that. My room is biggest in the apartment, and it has a walk-in closet with lots of space!

Rent is $953 month, and if you need parking, it is $130 a month.

Hydro and Wifi are extra- approx. $40 a month total. The rent price includes the ability to use the common areas like the fitness room, yoga studio, basketball and squash courts, study room, and dog park. If you’re interested, send me a message with a little bit about yourself!

The 2 girls living in the apartment are upper year UWaterloo students. You don’t have to be a student to move in, however, as this is not a student accommodation.
