I’m a chill, laid-back guy in finance who keeps things clean and drama-free. I have a very active routine so I’m rarely home. Most days I head out in the afternoon and don’t get back until around 10pm. On weekends I usually visit family in Mississauga or Oakville so you’ll often have the apartment to yourself. When I am home I stay in my office with the door closed, giving everyone maximum privacy. I wake up early for a quiet coffee with the lake view then I’m usually out again. I have a tiny green-cheek conure named ZuZu who adds a little charm to the place — she stays in her cage by the window and honestly just makes the apartment feel more alive. I’m looking for a clean, considerate and easy-going female roommate who values a calm, positive and drama-free living environment. Ideally someone with a good balance between home and being out — someone with an active social life, hobbies or routines that take them out of the apartment regularly. The space is yours to enjoy but the energy is best when both roommates have full lives outside the home too. I keep an early schedule so I value a peaceful environment especially on weeknights. If you’re someone who takes long calls I’d ask that you keep it to your room with the door closed — the apartment has great acoustics and sound travels easily.
