Next to Mimico Yacht Club - in the summer all the boats pass by the main window. Floor to ceiling windows boasts lots of sunlight in the summer. Steps to the beginning of the Lakeshore bike trail - great if you enjoy staying active and going for walks, jogs or a bike ride along the Lakeshore waterfront. Large balcony with plenty of sunlight to get some vitamin D while you read a book and sip a cup of tea or java joe enjoying the sun rise or the enjoying the sail boats coming back to dock in the evening.

TTC and Go Train Accessible - about a 20 min walk to Mimico Go station and the 76A bus (goes to Royal York subway station) and 501 streetcar are just outside the apartment main entrance.

Chill and laid back roommate looking for someone considerate, respectful and clean. Born and raised in Toronto and well travelled internationally - I am familiar with different cultures norms. I am typically home in the morning until about noon and then I come back late at night before bed time which is usually around 10pm. This means I am rarely home but when I am home I do appreciate being able to enjoy peace and quiet so I can relax and recharge. I value mutual respect, shared cleaning, personal space and a harmonious living environment. I tend to stay to myself but I do enjoy normal conversation from time to time. I never have house guests over and if I do it is for a very short moment so you hardly ever be disturbed by any guests.
