We are looking for a new roommate ASAP or starting March 1st, 2026.

You would be sharing the apartment with two girls we’re very calm, friendly, and easygoing. We’re looking for a respectful and tidy person who’s happy to help keep the apartment clean and maintain a warm, friendly atmosphere.

📍 Location: The apartment is just 3 minutes’ walk from Lionel-Groulx metro station and about 10 minutes from downtown by metro. It’s also very close to Concordia University, ÉTS, and several other colleges.

🏠 Apartment details: Fully furnished, washer and dryer inside the apartment -Utilities included: electricity, heating, and wifi -We also have a outdoor patio

Restaurants, Super C and other grocery stores ,pharmacies, Dollarama, all within 3 minutes’ walking distance

Vous partagerez l’appartement avec deux filles. Nous sommes très calmes, amicales et faciles à vivre. Nous recherchons une personne respectueuse et soignée, qui aime aider à garder l’appartement propre et à maintenir une ambiance chaleureuse et conviviale.

📍 Emplacement : L’appartement se trouve à seulement 3 minutes à pied de la station de métro Station Lionel-Groulx et à environ 10 minutes du centre-ville en métro. Il est également très proche de Université Concordia, de École de technologie supérieure (ÉTS) et de plusieurs autres collèges.

Sofia (Colombian) studies Business. She speaks English, Spanish and she is learning French as well . She is very calm, loves working out, doing Pilates, and spending quality time with her roommates, but she also really values her personal space.

Astrid (me) . I study Design. I am Mexican and I speak English, French and Spanish. I love discovering new cultures, chatting, going out to try new food, taking beautiful photos, and spending time with the people I care about :)

Sofia (Colombienne) étudie le commerce (Business). Elle parle anglais et espagnol, et elle apprend aussi le français. Elle est très calme, adore faire du sport, pratiquer le pilates et passer de bons moments avec ses colocataires, mais elle accorde aussi beaucoup d’importance à son espace personnel.

Astrid (moi) étudie le design. Je suis Mexicaine et je parle anglais, français et espagnol. J’aime découvrir de nouvelles cultures, échanger, sortir pour essayer de nouveaux plats, prendre de belles photos et passer du temps avec les personnes qui me sont chères :)
