Hey! My girlfriend and I are looking for a roommate since our current roommate is moving out at the end of the month.

Located on an orchard with big yard.

We have a small, very well-trained pomchi who’s super friendly. The house is fully equipped with pretty much everything you’d need, aside from bedroom furniture. The available room is very spacious (see picture).

We’re hoping to find someone clean and responsible to share the place with. There’s one bathroom, but it has two sinks which definitely helps.

There’s also a large storage room available, plus lots of parking.

We have a pool table / ping pong table setup in the living room that you’re welcome to use, along with a BBQ and patio furniture outside.

Located in East Kelowna on KLO, about 5 minutes from the mall.

A bit about us: I work full-time in sales at The Brick, and in my free time I’m into snowboarding, pickleball, and gaming. My girlfriend is in school and works part-time — she enjoys gaming, pickleball, and studying.

The room is available for move-in February 28th. A 50% damage deposit is required with the first month’s rent. Rent is $1100 per month.

Rent includes water, gas, and Wi-Fi. Electricity is billed every 3 months and split with the upstairs unit — we pay 40%. Never been over 100 per person

We spend a lot of time cooking, so the kitchen is well stocked with tools and appliances.
