Welcome to 300 Regina street north! This is a beautiful apartment in the middle of Waterloo! About 5 minute walk from Wilfred Laurier university, 15 minute bus ride to U Waterloo, 5 minutes from McDonald’s, and about 10 minutes from uptown. I’m looking for WOMEN ONLY of ANY AGE looking to sublet a 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom from me for $600 a month from May 1st/July 31st. You will have 1 roommate she is super kind, sweet and quiet, she has her own room and bathroom so you just share living space and kitchen. There is a full balcony that you can host on and lots of open space for any furniture you’d like to add or change! There is a gym, basketball court and study rooms included, aswell as laundry rooms on the first floor. I am covering about 40% of the rent aswell as hydro, wifi and anything else in utilities. I’m moving home and just need to cover my housing here so I’m open to any one female reaching out! I have TONS of videos and pictures that I can send as these ones really don’t do it justice. Payments start May 1st but you can move in during the middle of April as I will be gone early April but completely up to you! There will just be 1 roommate as mentioned, she’s super sweet and always there to help out with anything you need! She has her own bathroom and bedroom and is very quiet and doesn’t make much noise, but she is okay with people having friends or company over if that’s your thing! She’s there about half the week and also works full time as well as school. She’s really fun and will be happy to get to know you but she also is a great roommate if you prefer quieter environments too! Super easy going
