Newly renovated, high end appliances, furnished with remotely controlled A/C units (including a personal one in this room) and a laundry room onsite. Utilities included are all inclusive (high speed internet, hydro, water, heating). Water softener/conditioner onsite. One free parking spot available (the current tenants have no need) and an outdoor private back patio.

Looking to sublet this room starting May 1, 2026 (but am open to an earlier move in date)!

I work full time and I’m just looking to move closer to my office before the end of my lease (easier to find opportunities for May than September)!

The other roomies include 1 UWaterloo physics student (who you will share a bathroom with), and a married couple in the basement (Laurier and Conestoga students).

The living room and laundry machines are shared between all tenants. Kitchen is shared except for the refrigerators. You will share 1 of the two with the UWaterloo student upstairs.
