Room Details: This is a private, fully furnished room. The bathroom and kitchen are shared with others.
Rent & Deposit: • Monthly Rent: $950 (Includes all utilities: electricity, water, etc.) • Security Deposit: $475 (Refundable upon move-out after a room condition check). • Notice Period: A 1-month notice is required before moving out for a full deposit refund. Move-out dates must be on the 1st of the month.
Amenities: • Free high-speed Wi-Fi. • TV included (Smart TV for Netflix/YouTube; no cable). • Street parking available in front of the house. • Laundry: Washer and dryer in-house. 1 load per week is free; additional loads are $5 each.
House Rules: • No pets, no parties. • Please be mindful of noise, especially after 10 PM. • Overnight guests: $15 per night. • Looking for a tenant who is respectful, quiet, and clean.
Lease Terms: • Minimum stay: 3 months. (Move out should be 1st of the month) • 1-month mutual notice required.
