This is a 2 bedroom townhouse in a nice area of North Burlington. Upstairs bedroom (unfurnished) for rent is spacious, lots of natural light (2nd floor). You would also have the basement as a living room space (includes a private washroom/shower). You’d be sharing the house with myself only, so quiet, and lots of privacy.

Kitchen/Laundry shared - I would only need access to laundry 1x or 2x a week.

One car driveway, with parking pass. Street parking allowed (5am to 12am). You’d have the parking pass!

Hi there!

Living in a 2 bedroom townhouse in Headon Forest. Current roommate of 7 years has decided to move out, so I’m hoping to find a roommate, as the rent is cheap (rent controlled) and finding another place would be too costly at this moment in time. I’d rather hold onto this place for the price it is currently. This townhouse could easily be over 3,000 a month!

I’m a working professional (teacher), with a commute to Milton from Burlington. I’m quiet, clean and organized. When I’m home, I’m often just in my room doing work, and I’m lowkey when it comes to having house guests over (very rare). I do cook, so I’m not a stranger to the kitchen, and will actively ensure things are clean and working order. I’m mindful of shared spaces, and respect others’ privacy. Bills are always paid on time, current landlord doesn’t want me to leave, as she values the responsibility, care and trust I’ve built here the last 7 years
