Close to 401/ Stevenson. Oshawa Center within walking distance, all buses available there. Foreign students welcome. It is a very safe, family oriented neighborhood.

I have 1 cat, so unfortunately no other pets allowed.

The kitchen shall be shared, everything required is already there. Washer and dryer in the basement so set laundry times will be discussed. A 4 piece bath on 2nd floor (tenants toilet) and a 2 piece on main(landlords).

Use of backyard and BBQ. Very limited storage space available in back shed, (can fit a bicycle).

Male occupant preferred. But open to the right fit of any person.

Landlord and son live on the premises, both are music loving, music playing people, so like minded welcome.

Proof of employment and 3 references required. Both will be checked. First and last required as well.

$700 month without parking spot. $750 month with parking spot on private driveway.
