About the room
My apartment is like a condo. It has a dishwasher, washer and dryer, it has 2 bedrooms. The room that is available is furnished. You just need to move in with your clothes and personal items. It is a very quiet neighborhood, and my neighbors are very quiet. If there is any maintenance needed in the unit, the property manager is very responsive. I have 2 cats, so I cannot allow any more cats. The person who is inquiring about the room must not have any cat allergies and not be afraid of cats.
I am single woman in my 50’s . I recently lost my husband suddenly from an accident. I have always had someone living with me, and I don’t want to move to 1 bedroom because I don’t want to live alone, I can’t afford the rent by myself, that’s why I’m looking for a reliable, honest, and respectful roommate to share my apartment. This is a calm, clean, organized, peaceful home, and I value mutual respect, clear communication, and consistency. I keep a low-key household and do not celebrate holidays, so shared spaces remain neutral year-round. I’m looking for someone who is comfortable with that and appreciates a quiet living environment. Please no partying, smoking, vaping, drug use, loud music playing, nor overnight guests. However, I may have visitors from Ontario visiting for a short stay.
About the roomies
There are no current roomies. I only have room for one more person to live in my apartment. No overnight guests allowed.
