This is a gated community located a few minutes walk from the Riverdistrict. Amenties there include a large grocery store, several banks, restaurants and a beautiful walkway along the river. There is also a large park nearby with views of Vancouver Island on a clear day.

The property is well maintained and comfortable with lot’s of light and high ceilings. The room has an ensuite and large windows. There is a washer and dryer and the kitchen has a dishwasher and microwave. On the street there is plenty of free parking or if you take public transit, there are buses direct buses to Metrotown and the Marine Drive Sky train station.
