Looking for roommates for my townhouse in the Glengarry neighbourhood. This room is fully furnished with a double bed (own bedding required), wardrobe, dresser, desk & chair and is move-in ready.
Shared Bathroom, Kitchen, and Basement Storage. I do a lot of home cooking so the set up is nice and everything in the kitchen is available to use.
It is a quiet area, on the north side with easy access to the Yellowhead, making commutes timely. There is a newly renovated park nearby, and a city of Edmonton rec centre across the street. Street parking is available, many students park during the day, but there is always plenty of space to park after 3:30pm.
Northgate Mall & Bus Station is a walkable distance away.
I am clean, quiet and work often. I do a lot of home cooking, so the kitchen will be busy. I ask that you keep shared spaces free of clutter and clean,
