Spacious room with a little walk-in closet. Comes half furnished (closet, bed, matress, Tv, table and chair). In case you need any furniture, the neighbour is in the second hand business and can get you good things for cheap. You got your own heater/thermometer in the room.

The house is pretty big: has 4 rooms, 2 bathrooms (one with bathtub and one with a big shower), a big kitchen, a big living room, laundry room and a pretty nice garden. Shared between 4 people.

The area is nice, a bit east from the center. My favourite part is Park La Fontain, 10min away walking. You got buses to go to the center or east easily, and both the green and orange metro lines are close by. Honestly great area to bike too.

If you are social, Milind is your guy. He is an engineer of Indian origin, that loves to talk and cook together. Very community oriented.

If you like a balance, Andres and his puppy Grond are your people. He is a Graphic Design student that likes to chat and play videogames. Grond is a really social and nice doggy, that will love to play with you anytime, although he can stay in his room if needed.

If you like an introvert, Frantz is your guy. A very chill graphic designer that works in the videogame industry from home/his room. He is also the house’s oficial gym trainer 😂 (he knows his stuff).
