Looking for someone to take over the lease on my room in a two bed apartment in a great location. Located in the heart of the brewery district in Lower Lonsdale, you are minutes walk to great breweries, cafes, restaurants, and Lonsdale Avenue. 12 minute walk to the seabus, and easy access to bus services. The apartment is fully furnished, but the room is not. However, my twin bed, desk, chair, and shelves are all available for purchase separately when moving in, to make the process easier! Ideally looking for a male tenant, who’s easy going, sporty and a good laugh! Rent includes all utilities, except WiFi which is ~$33 a month on top of rent. Parking space available, and there is a small bike shed and ski locker on the front porch. Move in date 1st March or earlier. Contract is month to month.

I have been living with Andy, the other tenant in the property for over two years now. He’s a great guy, easy going, funny, and very sociable. He’s a keen skier and mountain biker so is always up for activity in all seasons!
