🏡 The tenant will have access to all common areas of the house (e.g., laundry room, kitchen, bathrooms, living room, etc.)

💰 Rent: $650 per month (Food is NOT included)

Note: We don’t require deposit and you can end the contract whenever you want, as long as you give us two weeks notice. If you leave before the end of the month, we return the amount that is proportional to the remaining days.

We are a family of four (a couple and two teenagers) and a large, friendly dog. The mother works from home most days. We are friendly and easy-going, and we value a calm, respectful home environment. For this reason, recreational drugs, smoking, alcohol, parties, or overnight guests are not allowed in our home. Visitors are welcome, with reasonable restrictions. You would be renting a room in a family home with minors. This rental is ideal for a woman looking for a temporary, quiet place in a family setting to focus on studying or working. If you prefer hosting gatherings, partying at home, or having frequent visitors, this accommodation would not be a good fit.
