House to share looking for a mature female ,gurl roommate to keep the place neat. I do all the outside stuff garbage sidewalks lawn etc. Just need someone to help with the inside stuff. Furnished have all the stuff. Job yes. No drugs no exceptions pot ok outside. Very quiet I have to work in the morning. Very private nobody shows up without everyone knowing I’m having a visitor and I expect the same from my roommates. No overnight visitors understand! This is non negotiable! Sorry. Nice place 4 bed 2 bath recroom lots of storage deck massive yard lots of parking etc. Rooms empty just looking for the right fit. Thanks

I’m an old fart I’m used to living alone I don’t make a mess. Old fart excountry boy with the usual bad habits. Multi ticketed mechanical tradesman fix million dollar machines for big companies. Currently maintaining a plant here in Edmonton. Go to work in the morning and I’ve got rooms sitting empty. I’m a good Christian and it’s sad that I’ve got rooms collecting dust when I’m sure there’s someone who would like to have somewhere to call home. Don’t get me wrong I don’t put up with any shit.hehe Thanks
