About the room
My partner and I are Looking for a quiet roommate. Get own bedroom and bathroom downstairs so basically the whole basement. The lease would be from March 1- July 21 as we will be moving after. All utilities included. Lots of amenities in Martensville. Live on the outskirts so about 8 minutes to Saskatoon. Shared laundry downstairs.
