Looking for 2-3 housemates to fill rooms starting in May (one room may be available sooner, TBD). The summer months would be a sublet and a new lease signed starting in September 

This unit is a 3-storey townhouse with 3 beds and 2 baths with in-unit laundry. Two beds are on the third floor with one bathroom, the middle level has the living room w/ balcony, dining room and kitchen, while the basement has the third room, living room, patio, entryway and bathroom w/laundry.  While I am currently occupying the largest room, if a couple were interested in the property then I would be open to switching the rooms. There is also one dedicated underground parking space that I currently use, and lots of street parking and some off-street parking.

Everything but the two open bedrooms is furnished.

Rent is 2850, wifi is 80 and power is equalised at 350 (this may go down in the fall). So individual rent is approximately 1100 for everything included.  This property is located in a quiet residential neighborhood near the NSCC IT campus and is less than a five minute walk to the #7 bus route. 

Open to mens, fems, theys and thems. No smoking/cannabis use on the property

About me: I am a pharmacy student in my early 30s and I have a dog and a cat. My pets get along with others after proper introductions so we can discuss if you also have pets. My cat would love a friend while my dog is more focused on human attention.  I’m looking for housemates who are chill and know how to clean without my telling them to. I enjoy reading, gaming, anime, and exercising with my dog.  Preference given to other healthcare students or practitioners.
