Full time student preferred. Will consider full time worker. Replies with no info will be ignored. I do all of my initial screening by email only.
International students welcome. Ideal location for Dawson, Concordia, McGill & UQAM students.
ABOUT THE PLACE:
- NON party environment
- not 420 friendly
- utilities included with high speed internet provided
- washer & dryer in apartment
- all shopping needs within walking distance
- a few minutes walk to the metro / bus stop out front
- about 20 minutes to downtown (Concordia or McGill)
- no smoking indoors
Common areas cleaned regularly. You will be expected to clean up what you use in the kitchen immediately after you’re done. You will be sharing the apartment with 2 males.
Ideal environment if you need a calm, clean quiet place without being disturbed by the others.
