The location of the house is perfect. It’s a 1-min walk to the bus (number 20, 38, and 105). The University of Calgary is just 3 stops (10 mins) away. Stores nearby include Walmart (Northland Drive), Freshco (Brentwood), Co-op (Brentwood), London Drugs, and 7/11.

This is a 5-bedroom accommodation with 2 baths, 3 bedrooms upstairs, 2 bedrooms in the basement, a living room, and a kitchen.

The move-in date will be the 1st of March. Shared laundry in the house, no smoking inside the house. Streetcar parking is available.

Four other individuals live here. Three are originally from Bangladesh and one is from Toronto, and they are all affiliated with the University of Calgary. One recently graduated from Software Engineering and is now working full-time as an engineer. One is currently in their fourth year of Software Engineering. Another graduated from Computer Science and will be returning to pursue a master’s degree. The fourth is working full-time.
