We currently live in a main floor bungalow in Huntington Hills. Lovely residential area located in the NW quadrant that is super close to a variety of grocery stores, restaurants, SAIT, Foothills Hospital, transit accessible, and a very short drive to downtown! Rented downstairs is a completely separate/private lower unit that we split the utilities 60/40 with. Our space is a 3 bed 2 bath upper unit and we are looking to rent to another couple OR two singles OR one single. We have a detached garage for storage with 1 parking space available and is negotiable, however that being said there is ample street parking!

Common spaces are mostly furnished and kitchen is fully equipped. All you need to bring with you is your personal stuff and any furniture you would like to keep in your room or the common space! If you would like to bring large furniture for the common spaces, totally negotiable.

*Cats are welcomed but must be hypoallergenic as we are mildly allergic. Cat must be well trained and is not allowed on the couch or in the kitchen. There is a non-refundable pet deposit of $250 and a monthly fee of $25. Only 1 cat is allowed.

Our landlord will require proof of income and a soft background check.

Me (Gwyneth) and my partner (Natalie) are both full-time professionals looking for a roommate or two. We are looking for someone to do a lease take over from May 1 (possible earlier move in date and you will be able to move stuff in earlier to our garage before you move in) to August 31 with potential to renew if we are a good match!

*We are only looking for roommates who are LGBTQ+ friendly as we are a gay couple and would like to feel welcomed in our shared home.

We’d love to live with roommates who are social but also value their personal space and downtime. Cleanliness and respect is very important to us, so would prefer to have a roommate that values that.

Friends, visitors, and partners are totally allowed to visit but please we ask that they are respectful to our space and visitations are not too excessive :)

We are fairly easy going and enjoy a relaxed living environment. In our free-time we like to go out and occasionally craft. We LOVE to cook and will usually find us in the kitchen in our free time (we love to share!). With that we like to host dinners and game nights occasionally so would prefer a roommate who wouldn’t mind and are always welcome to join in!
