I lived with Fabián, and I can honestly say he’s a wonderful roommate to have. He’s very quiet, respectful, and never causes any disturbances. He truly values a peaceful and comfortable home environment.

He speaks both English and Spanish, which makes communication very easy. He’s friendly, funny in a calm way, and just overall very pleasant to live with. While I was there, he was always extremely considerate — especially with shared spaces. As a woman, whenever I needed to use the bathroom for longer periods of time, he was patient and never made it uncomfortable or awkward.

He’s also great at giving outfit feedback! He’ll genuinely tell you if something looks nice, suggest small additions, and hype you up in a respectful way. With guys, he’s very chill and enjoys talking about video games, sharing ideas, and even learning new things. He practices figure skating for fun, which makes him even more unique.

Honestly, I wouldn’t want to move out — not only because the space itself is very comfortable and nice, but also because Fabián is truly very, very pleasant to live with. Unfortunately, due to university matters, I have to relocate. Even so, he’s become a great friend, and I can confidently say he makes the home feel calm and drama-free.
