About the room
Note: I am absolutely flexible in terms of negotiating different rent splits and/or later move-in dates if you’re willing to sign the renewal for May 1st. I mainly want to find someone fast so I can check this off my to-do list.
Description: This furnished Downtown Montreal apartment puts you right in the middle of everything. Place des Arts is your neighbour, Saint-Laurent nightlife is around the corner, and the Place-des-Arts metro is just steps away. As a student, l love the short walk to McGill and UQAM is right next door. Groceries are nearby at Provigo, and Jean Coutu is across the street. You’ll also have Complexe Desjardins and Centre Eaton within a 10 minute walk. The apartment itself is fully equipped (furniture, dish washer, oven, stove,…), air-conditioned, and you’ll have your own bathroom! Rent is about 2200 total so 1100 each.
About the roomies
You would be renting the place with a 1st year master’s student at McGill (female). I would love having an arrangement where we can have our own space but also hang out in the living room and cook + watch tv together when we feel like it. I love trying out new sports in my free time, and I used to swim and play soccer in leagues. I also have phases where I play a lot of video games or get engrossed in a book series.
