I’m looking to sublet my room as I won’t be living here in the summer. The lease is May-September, with the possibility to extend.
This is a spacious, beautiful townhouse with 4 bed, 4 bath. There are 3 levels to the house, and you would be sharing a level with one other tenant. The bedroom comes fully furnished with a bed, and you will have your own bathroom.
$600/month + utilities and $600 damage deposit.
Parking is available on the street and on the parking pad in the back of the house.
Close proximity to the university (10 minute drive). Not very accessible by transit unless you are willing to walk to the nearest bus stop.
No pets allowed.

About the roomies
I’m a nursing student in my 3rd year. I will not be living here between May and September, and I’m undecided if I will come back or not.
The roommate directly across from your room is a paramedic in training.
The roommate on the next level down is taking psychology at the university.
The roommate in the basement is an education major.
All of us are female students in our 20s. We are friendly and respectful of each other.
