I am about to transfer my lease since I’ll be moving out of the province. This is a private room in a 2BHK apartment, where you’ll be sharing the common space (Hall/Kitchen/Balcony/Bathroom) with another individual.
Move in as early as March 01, 2026, or by March 31, 2026.
Rent: $947.50/month (Excludes electricity) Wifi: ~$32/month Electricity: ~$50 - $60/every two months
The hall is fully furnished. All appliances are new (June 2025). The locality is really quiet and accessible. Notable nearby landmarks include Mumford Terminal, Walmart, and Joseph Howe Dr.
Outdoor parking is available for $25/month.
I am looking to move out as soon as possible and have all the necessary forms handy.
