My place is less than a km from Walmart, CIBC, dollar tree, lots of shops, and cafes around. Longos and big shopping complex within 2 km. Close to Markham stouffville hospital. Bus stop is steps away. Located in a safe and quiet neighbourhood. Price is adjusted as there is NO COOKING, laundry or Parking.

Laundry and Parking can be arranged for extra charge. No pets or appliances allowed in the room.

Looking to rent to Single female (healthcare worker preferred) professional, clean, quiet, no visitors.

I work from home and enjoy quiet time. I am a clean freak so prefer someone to be hygiene conscious and keep the room and washroom clean. My son goes to college and also resides with me occasionally. He is staying on the main floor and sharing the bathroom with me (ensuite).
