This room comes with an ensuite bathroom, with a shared bathtub (it’s connected to both of our bathrooms), a closet, and a balcony. The building has a gym, sauna, patio, and movie room. The place is a corner suite, meaning we have great sunlight and floor to ceiling windows. The location is awesome, we are right next to The Well with easy access to the streetcar and subway. You have the option of buying my current roommates mattress or we can remove it if you have your own. Internet and Electricity are extra but are only $60-$70 a month split halfway between us. Other utilities are included.
