The room is in a 5 bedroom house with its own washroom attached with 2 sinks , toilet and a shower. It has a bed in it, a desk with chair, and some shelves.

My wife and I live in the home and it’s a very large space so we figured we could share. We are in our early 30s and have had a roommate before and it worked well, no issues at all. I work Monday to Friday and some weekends and my wife works from home most days in her office as a psychotherapist, so she would prefer to have a female roommate. During the summer months ( May to September ) we will be gone most weekends at the cottage so we are going to be particular with who we share our home with. Home location is beautiful with incredible views off back deck onto conservation land and walking trails.
