Looking for MALE STUDENTS ONLY to sublease for the summer. Rent is $1000 a month, which includes internet, and monthly house keeping in the common area. Utilities are not included, but they’re about $60-$80 each month. Sublease starts May 1st and ends Friday, August 21st.

The property is located at Foundry Simcoe and is a 5 minute walk from Ontario Tech University and Durham College.

• Access to a laundry machine and dryer, as well as a dishwasher
• A mini fridge in the bedroom for storage
• Property has heating and air conditioning
