1 large bedroom available starting April 1st. It’s a big spacious apartment with a huge balcony.

The room has a big closet, kitchen is fully loaded with micro, oven, etc. Wifi is extra about $25 but utilities are included in the rent.

Kitchen will be shared between 3 people including you, and one washroom will be shared between two. This house has total 3 rooms.

Building is quite retro style and the people here are lovely to talk to. Has an indoor pool (heated), so swimming is possible even in winters! Building Amenities: pool, gym/fitness rooms, laundry, Concierge, mail room and a convenience store right beside. Steps away from Loblaws, LCBO, Dollarama & St. Clair West subway station, streetcars and busses. Location is beautiful, accessible and no crazy strays to encounter. Many restaurants around too.

Tanya and Maanya, lol yes it rhymes but we are friends not sisters. Although we live like we are, and would love to have a 3rd to join us. We live like friends and occasionally roommates when we need our space. Not crazy party people but we do have friends coming over once in a while.

I work full-time so mostly you’ll only see me on weekends, the other is a student but also works part-time so we both have busy schedules during the week.

We’re from Mumbai so although we prefer someone from the same city, we are open to anyone (only GIRLS though sorry)
