Welcome to your own private room in a newly renovated 4plex unit! 2 bed 2 bath with a tub. Washer and Dryer Fenced front yard where you could garden if you like :) Friendly neighbor. Short walk to henderson lake. Bedrooms are downstairs so stay cool in the summer.
About the roomies
My name is Jessica I am 37 and I enjoy reading, painting, being creative, video games, gardening and being active. I don’t drink, smoke or play loud music. I have 2 cats they are well cared for and sweeties, one will try to steal your food at some point lol I clean there litter daily and change it periodically. I don’t use strongly scented products, no scented beads in my laundry etc I usually just boil tea on the stove and that makes the house smell nice.
I’m someone who enjoys company just as much as time to myself. I’m flexible depending on the environment or company I find myself in! like open communication. If either of us is bothered by something we can just talk about it :) No pettiness here :) If this sounds like a good fit for you let’s talk! :)
