Seeking a quiet working professional or student for a minimum month to month 12-month stay. Long-term unlimited month to month option available, approved by me. (First and last month’s rent is required)

Single occupancy only. No smoking, No Cannabis smoking, no pets, no drinking, no overnight guests, no guest, no parking, No personal furniture or big items to bring. Light personal belongings accepted (mainly clothes).
Bright and clean small private room with 1 roommate in the house available in a well-maintained house located in a quiet area near Gage & Barton in Hamilton. Close to public transit, grocery stores, parks, and all major amenities. Safe neighbourhood with easy access to downtown and highway.
